1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Tomas Financial Client Portal and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Financial Advice Disclaimer
While we utilize advanced AI and software architecture to organize your finances, specific tax filing positions and financial decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the client. Our AI tools (Voice Agents, Schedulers) are designed for operational efficiency and do not constitute binding legal or financial advice unless explicitly reviewed by a certified professional.
3. Service & Payments
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis (Bookkeeping) or per-project basis (Tax/Consulting). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Portal access and cessation of work.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Financial Architect" methodology, dashboard code, and custom AI workflows provided are the intellectual property of Tomas Financial LLC. You are granted a limited license to use these tools for your own business operations.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
